Build A Cab Fare Predictor

Make an application that predicts the price based on distance, estimated time of travel, and time of the day🚕 using whichever technology you prefer.

WE EXPECT YOUR PRJECT TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM FUNCTIONALITIES:

• A pickup and drop location must be entered by the user, and the user may choose his/her current location as a pickup location.

• While typing, users should be able to see places' suggestions. (Google's Places API can be used).

• As soon as he clicks the Submit button, he should see a map with a line drawn (path) between pickup and drop location representing the route between them (Google Maps Directions API can be used).

• Distance and estimated time of drop between two locations must be visible to the user. (Distance Matrix API can be used)

• A user must be able to see the list of cabs with each one having approx ride fare and other necessary information like estimated time, distance, etc.

THE PRICE OF THE RIDE MUST BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS:

• The distance between two locations (the greater the distance, the higher the price)

• Time of day (the morning price should be lower than the nighttime price)

• Base price per kilometer (you can decide for yourself).

• In the same way that Uber and Ola offer sedans, SUVs, primes, UberXLs, and prices can change depending on what users choose, you can also add your own cab variants.

• Once the participants have been shortlisted, we will hold a public vote.

• • Votes obtained through fishy means will not be tolerated, and participants who do so will be penalized.
• • There is a possibility that they would be disqualified.
• • In addition to what we have suggested, you can add any additional functionality of your choice. That would be a plus
